\u201cFor over three decades, countless families have suffered in silence, their voices stifled by fear and injustice,\u201d Vianney declared. \u201cIt is time for them to rise, to overcome their fear, and to make their voices heard.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
He stressed that as long as silence persists, those responsible for the suffering will continue to rule with impunity. Only by speaking out, he insisted, can the cycle of fear and repression be broken, and true justice be pursued.<\/p>\n
